Sri Sai Harshitha Charitable Trust is established by Doctor Couple of holy temple town Tirupati in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh state in India.

Dr.Sidda Harinatha Reddy M.S., who is a renowed General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with his wife Dr.Penna Krishna Prasanthi M.D., a learned Physician and Specialist in Diabetes Management has been doing Clinical Practice in the name of Harshitha Hospital in Tirupati Since the year 2000.

Both the Doctors have Service motto in their practice and doing lot of Free Health Camps & Awareness Programmes since Two Decades. They are known for their Sincerity, Dedication, Commitment to their Profession. They are highly skilled Professionals and their Humane touch to Poor and Needy Patients is well experienced by the Public.

Their vision of continuing all these Service Activities in future is channelized in the form of Sri Sai Harshitha Charitable Trust by involving their daughter Dr. Kedara Harshitha Sidda who recently completed her MBBS Course and their son Nutan Sai Praneeth Sidda who is studying MBBS. This will give concrete structure for all Service Activities in future.

Main motto of this Trust is to help Financially the Poor and Needy patients in crisis of Unforeseen Medical Emergencies like Heart Attacks, Strokes, Road Traffic Accidents.To assist the diagnostic investigations and supply of medicines for non-communicable diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Diseases, Kidney Diseases, Strokes, Cancers Etc. For extremely poor patients, Particularly who are not having children, Patients in Orphanages , Oldage Homes, visually impaired Orphanages, Physically disabled persons Homes and Mentally retarded Children Homes are given preeference.

The Future aim is to cater the Medical, Educational, Health, Social needs of Type 1 Diabetic children from the time of diagnosis in poor families and to do Holistic integrated services.Cancer screening camps for Women, Preventive Health Checkups Programmes in Urban Slums and interior rural areas will be given priority.

Poor meritorious students who need financial aid and for pursuing their higher education will be given priority. Old heritage temples which need renovation may be taken care with financial support along with local villagers for continuing the Spiritual Activities to Preserve our Heritage & Culture.

All these Activities will be transparent and all the Kind Hearted Persons with Service motto can generously contribute to assist all these activities. By grace of Lord Venkateswara and blessing of all well wishers we all will do service for the needy people in Society.
